How do you weigh laundry?
10 pounds of laundry is equal to 1 hamper of clothes. You can weigh your clothes with a simple household bathroom scale. Weigh yourself then weigh yourself holding each bag/basket of laundry. Substract the second weight (with the clothes) from the first weight (without the clothes) to get the laundry weight.
Same Day Service
If same day service is requested. It must be ordered by noon (12pm) If ordered after your laundry will be return to you within 24 hours
Next Day Service
All next day service request must be in by 5pm.To keep our drivers safe we stop pick up service at 7pm.
Missed pick up
You will be charged a $15 missed delivery fee if our laundry specialist driver arrives and your laundry isn't in the pick up loction that was provied.
We care about your Laundry
We thank you for trusting us with your laundry needs. Your laundry will never be exposed to high heat or mixed with other customers. Every bag of laundry is tagged from the moment of pick up and put in it's own sperate pick up bag.
We care about your skin
We are sensitive skin friendly. Bubbles 2 Bubbles laundry service in Dayton, Ohio do not inventory fabric softner, however if you would like fabric softner you will have to supply your own. Any unused will be returned
Amazig service
We strive to give you excellent service, we need your help to continue to do so. Bubbles 2 Bubbles laundry service do not and can not service laundry with bed bugs, fleas, roaches, no bodily fluids(vomit, blood, feces ect), beyond traces that's normally found in laundry, no excessive pet hair/fur. Violators will be charged a $30 fee, laundry will be returned "as is" and you may not be able to schedule again.
